Saturday mornings birding exploits were centred around the above. Very little had changed on the moors perhaps a few days early looking at my past records. Tittesworth area held a couple of firsts for the year, a pair of Redstarts looking like they are ready set up home and double figure count of House Martin was most welcome. A pair of Mandarins looked great on the the Churnet instead of lingering under the bird tables. The whitethroat was still at Gunhill and the regular Stonechats preformed well next to the van.
