I took A quick look at the possible Iberian
Chiffy location before heading to the moors, With a few lads already there & had given the place a going over since dawn I decided not waste much time. A quick stop at
Tittersworth for the Wood Sandpiper then onward to high part of Staffs. Plenty of
Wheatears still around and the local species but i did manage a cracker of a Tree Pipit in full song near Swallow Moss. Grasshopper Warblers were still evident everywhere but no Hobbies today. It was made up for with cracking views of a female Hen Harrier
harassing 2 Buzzards before flying east.
