Yesterday eve I decided have a mini trip to Tittersworth. A nice surprise as I arrived with a Little Egret present on the conservation pool. Not a common sight up there. With water levels falling it was feeding well in the shallows. LRPs seem to of taken a dislike to the young lapwings constantly chasing them around a tough bird for its size. A quick drive around up the moors hoping for a Short Eared Owl did produce anything of note.
